Switzerland
Email: asier@onlineboost.ch
2. Applicable law and principles
Personal data is processed primarily under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Where applicable in an individual case, requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation are also taken into account. Online Boost processes only data required for a clear purpose.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When the site is accessed, technically necessary log data may be processed, including IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser type and operating system.
This processing supports secure and stable delivery, error analysis and protection against misuse. Netlify delivers content through international infrastructure. Processing may therefore take place outside Switzerland, particularly in the United States. Online Boost relies on the provider's contractual privacy safeguards and the transfer mechanisms available under applicable law.
4. Contact form and email
When you send an enquiry, Online Boost processes the information entered, including business, email address, existing online links and the message. It is used to assess and answer the enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a tailored proposal.
Required fields are marked. Without them, the enquiry cannot be answered meaningfully. The information is not used for newsletters or third-party advertising.
The form is technically processed by Netlify Forms and checked for automated submissions. The information submitted is stored in the protected project area and may be sent as a notification to Online Boost's business email address. Google Workspace is used for subsequent email correspondence.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Online Boost currently uses no analytics, marketing or tracking cookies on this website. The language choice is not stored in cookies or local browser storage. No third-party videos, maps, social plugins or webfonts are loaded automatically.
If a non-essential analytics or marketing function is added later, it will only be activated after the required information and, where necessary, consent. This notice will be updated beforehand.
6. Recipients and disclosure
Data is disclosed to service providers only where needed for hosting, form processing, email delivery, security or handling the enquiry. These currently include Netlify as hosting and form provider and Google as provider of the business email infrastructure. Further disclosure takes place only where required by law or supported by another permitted basis. Personal data is not sold.
7. Retention
Personal data is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage a possible business relationship, defend claims or comply with statutory retention duties. It is then deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or disclosure of their data, object to processing or withdraw consent. Requests can be sent to asier@onlineboost.ch.
9. Data security
Online Boost and its service providers use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. Completely risk-free transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes
This notice may be updated when functions, providers or legal requirements change. The version published on this website applies.
